At Christian HeartPrints LLC, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products for our customers. However, we are not Jesus, we make mistakes, and all of our products are handmade. Occasional manufacturing mistakes or typos may occur.

 

Please note that we do not issue refunds or exchanges unless you receive a defective or incorrect item. If that happens, kindly email us with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Minor issues such as typos or color discrepancies, will not be granted an exchange or refund; however, if you notice any typos, please email us to let us know within 30 days of your order date, and we will issue you a discount code for future purchases. ​
